Tentative Activity Rundown and Approximate Timings
The event opens to visitors at 11:00 AM.
Guests will have time to walk around, visit participant tables, explore community and career booths, ask questions, and interact with students in a relaxed setting.
Little Innovators, Rising Innovators, and Future Innovators will showcase their projects together in one combined event format. This gives families, judges, sponsors, mentors, and community members more time to see the ideas, talk with participants, and enjoy the full showcase experience.
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Participant Presentations and Judging
Judges will evaluate projects and presentations across the three age-based categories:
Little Innovators — Kindergarten–5th Grade
Rising Innovators — 6th–8th Grade
Future Innovators — 9th–12th Grade
Participants will present their ideas to judges in a supportive, age-appropriate format. Judges may visit project tables, ask questions, review displays, and provide feedback.
3:30 PM – 4:15 PM
Final Judging, Continued Booth Visits, and Networking
Judges finalize scores and award decisions.
During this time, participants and guests may continue walking around the showcase, visiting booths, networking with families and mentors, and supporting other students.
4:15 PM – 4:30 PM
Awards Ceremony Preparation
Participants and families gather for the awards ceremony. Final announcements and recognition preparations will take place.
4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Awards Ceremony and Closing Recognition
Awards and recognition will be presented for each category.
Little Innovators will receive recognition awards, with possible donor-sponsored gift cards.
Rising Innovators
Winner: $500 + trophy
Runner-up: $250 + trophy
Future Innovators
Winner: $500 + trophy
Runner-up: $250 + trophy
Winners and runners-up from the Rising Innovators and Future Innovators categories will also be recognized on the Greater Businesses of Pearland website and social media pages.
All Day
Guests are encouraged to explore the Innovation Showcase, interact with participants, visit community and career booths, network with families and mentors, and support Pearland’s young creators, problem-solvers, entrepreneurs, and future leaders.
Water, snacks, and coffee will be available during the event.

General Entry Tickets: $5 per person.
Your ticket grants you access to the event, including all activities, exhibits, and opportunities to network. Tickets are valid for entry during your selected time slot.
