Every year, the event is celebrated and well embraced by the community. Local businesses sponsor the event and setup booths, several local talent sing songs, dance and perform skits and provide other entertainment on stage, there is a lot of information and education about environment and about keeping our city clean

Clean and green is considered Pearland's proudest event. People participate in large numbers to clean up the city. Kids, teens, adults, senior citizens, neighbors, businesses, schools .. everyone participate in the cleanup effort.
